If an applicant tracks, charges, and accounts for these costs directly to a specific eligible project, the costs are eligible as DAC. The Applicant has provided justification that the two hours denied for “DAC calculation” were spent developing and supporting this specific appeal. The Applicant provided a cost comparison analysis and successfully justified the rate and skill level of the Subject Matter Expert used in support of this appeal

Additionally, the Applicant provided a cost comparison analysis and has justified the rate and skill level of the Subject Matter Expert used in support of this project. As such, this appeal is granted in the amount of $512.50.
