FEMA is legally prohibited from providing financial assistance, including PA, to entities with respect to any part of such loss as to which that entity has received financial assistance under any other program or from insurance or any other source. The Applicant provided information and documentation that demonstrates awarding the requested funding would not duplicate benefits available from another source.

PA funds for the claimed drainage system repair and restoration costs do not duplicate benefits available to the Applicant for the same purpose from another source. Therefore, this appeal is granted for $30,498.21.
