FEMA may provide assistance to eligible PA applicants for measures implemented to reduce immediate threats to public health and safety, as well as certain measures to facilitate the safe opening and operation of eligible facilities in response to COVID-19 declarations, which may include cleaning and disinfection. Here, the Applicant has not provided documentation to substantiate its statements that it incurred the claimed costs for the UV Robot to perform eligible emergency work in response to COVID-19.

CONCLUSION

The Applicant’s UV Robot was not associated with eligible emergency protective measures implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
