The Applicant did not provide documentation to demonstrate that the claimed medical supplies were used for eligible medical care or that the requested cleaning costs are directly tied to eligible emergency protective measures.

The claimed costs for cleaning and medical supplies are not directly tied to the performance of eligible work in response to COVID-19.
