In response to COVID-19, FEMA may provide assistance for eligible medical care activities and certain measures implemented to facilitate the safe opening and operation of eligible facilities, including cleaning and disinfection. The Applicant did not provide documentation to demonstrate that the claimed medical supplies were used for eligible medical care or that the requested cleaning costs are directly tied to eligible emergency protective measures.

CONCLUSION

The claimed costs for cleaning and medical supplies are not directly tied to the performance of eligible work in response to COVID-19.
