In response to COVID-19, eligible emergency protective measures include certain specific, limited measures implemented to facilitate the safe opening and operation of eligible facilities. Touchless water fountains, and the rental of storage space are not among the list of eligible emergency protective measures in FEMA’s COVID-19 policies; therefore, these items are ineligible for Public Assistance funding.
The claimed work and costs are not associated with eligible emergency protective measures. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
