FEMA finds that costs associated with tents, tables, and chairs used for COVID-19 testing and distribution of PPE, cleaning and disinfection supplies, and thermometers are tied to eligible emergency protective measures in response to COVID‑19, while tents, tables, and chairs used as temporary facilities for other services are ineligible. FEMA also finds that the Applicant demonstrated that the purchase and installation of UVGI units are eligible emergency protective measures in response to COVID-19. Therefore, the appeal is partially granted for $640,022.86.
