Funding for improved projects is limited to the Federal share of the costs that would be associated with repairing or replacing the damaged facility to its predisaster design. The Applicant requests additional costs for its improved project but has not provided documentation substantiating the additional costs are associated with work required to restore the Facility to its predisaster condition.
