Documentation

HEADNOTES

The PAPPG states that the applicant is responsible for providing documentation to support its claim as eligible and show that costs are directly tied to the performance of eligible work. Here, the Applicant submitted documentation of its labor, equipment, and materials costs, but has not provided documentation, such as daily logs or activity reports, that permits FEMA to tie the costs to the performance of eligible work.

CONCLUSION

The Applicant has not provided documentation tying its claimed expenses to the performance of eligible work. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
