The Applicant provided conductor replacement certifications, appropriately signed and stamped by a professional engineer, documenting how specific line sections meet the criteria.

: Through inspection reports, construction work plans, and engineer certifications, the Applicant met FEMA’s requirements for establishing the pre-disaster condition of the conductor and has met FEMA’s criteria for conductor replacement.
